Certified Affiliate Program

Welcome to the FFIA Association, where your journey to mastering martial arts instruction and growing your school begins. As martial arts instructors and academy owners, we understand the unique challenges you face in securing quality curriculums, managing business aspects, and navigating internal politics in larger associations. These challenges can often leave you feeling unsupported and uncertain.

 

The FFIA Association stands as a beacon of support, offering the FFIA Affiliate Program, a comprehensive solution tailored to bridge these divides. Our program is dedicated to empowering martial arts professionals like you with well-structured curriculums, continuous education, business development strategies, and a nurturing community. We are here to ensure you can independently navigate your way through the martial arts world, equipped with the resources and backing needed for success

Our Certified Affiliate Program is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and tools to integrate our professional program into your school curriculum. This opportunity includes enrolment into the ADP, the Affiliate Development Program, designed to develop professional level affiliates through personal training with the esteemed Sifu Francis Fong.

Wing Chun Program

Wing Chun is a Chinese system of kung fu that specializes in developing dynamic, explosive and street-oriented practical self-defense.  Originally developed by a woman, it relies on developing leverage and sensitivity rather than muscular strength to overcome an opponent. Training develops reflex speed, coordination and power to enable someone to quickly and effortlessly dispatch a larger and stronger attacker without relying on size or strength.

Through the use of solo forms, training equipment such as the wooden dummy and focus mitts, as well as two man drills, students develop attributes of body coordination, sensitivity and leverage to apply the principles of Wing Chun in all situations including trapping, grappling and punching/kicking.

Sifu Francis Fong is recognized as one of the top Wing Chun instructors in the world having originally learned Wing Chun in Hong Kong from Si-Gung Jiu Wan.  For over thirty five years, Sifu Fong’s dynamic personality and explosive technique have inspired students of all ages and experience levels.

Kickboxing Program

Our kickboxing program offers a blend of modified Wing Chun, Western Boxing, Muay Thai, Silat and Grappling Arts. The program is based on Jeet Kune Do concepts, blended curriculum from Sifu Francis Fong and techniques taught by Guro Dan Inosanto. The training is aimed to be functional in four ranges (Kicking, Punching, Trapping and Grappling), against anyone in all environments. A process of cross training, researching and developing ourselves with different disciplines of the most effective martial arts in the world is used to overcome the limitations of any single art. Cross training enables us to fill in the gaps and weaknesses that we might have.

Our kickboxing program is broken down into 9 different levels, which makes it very easy to implement into any type of martial art school. 

KIDS Martial Arts Program

The FFIA Kids Program incorporates multiple effective martial arts disciplines: Jun Fan/ Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai, Kali, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Silat, Western Boxing and Wing Chun. For more information please visit: https://ffiakids.com/our-program/

FFIA Assistant Instructor Program

The Assistant Instructor Program is designed for those individuals who are on the instructor path and may want to eventually be a full FFIA Affiliate. The Assistant Instructor are authorized as fully licensed to teach the FFIA curriculum under an active FFIA affiate with supervised.

 

Requirements:

  • Must be directly under an active FFIA affilaite with supervision.

  • Must remain active membership with the Association.

Benefits:

  • FFIA Certified Assitant Instructor 

  • One Free admisson to the FFIA Affiliate Camp in Atlanta, GA

  • The abililty to test under Sifu Francis Fong for Apprentice Instructor Level 1
